About

If you are reading this, WELCOME! It is my aim that the communication that transpires through this blog be encouraging, enlightening, uplifting, and God glorifying. Soli Deo Gloria!

In a nut-shell ~

Daughter. Sister. Wife to “Champion”. Mother to “BoyWonder” and “AdventureKid”. Friend. Homemaker. Disciple of Jesus.

I love to read, think, write, teach, craft, plan fun parties, listen to Baroque music, make up operatic songs to sing at the top of my lungs with my boys, plink around on the piano once in a while, occasionally squeak out some tunes on my violin, and find free and fun ways to explore our city and state!

You will find that the blog entries on this site are few, far between, and cover almost every aspect of my weird “brain-spurts” from A to Z. But I hope they will be enjoyable, helpful, enlightening, and in some cases challenge you to engage in deeper reflection for your own spiritual growth. May you “Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh the joys of those who take refuge in Him!” ~ Psalm 34:8 (New Living Translation)

    I like your blog.
I too am celebrating Reformation Day this year. My two patron saints are St. Martin Luther and St. John Calvin! (Catholics never get that one.) I am glad to see that you have a poetry category.
My WordPress blog is loosely based on poetry but links to Theology and other distractions are also there. Please do visit if you can.
